Teaching Language To Preschoolers

Updated: Feb 9, 2021

Teaching Language to preschoolers is actually very easy and intuitive for moms. We already tend to rhyme, speak well (hopefully!), and use vocabulary with our children. Teaching Language is less about “teaching Language” and more about teaching sounds and letter shapes and spelling.

Here is our master list of links for our favorite posts and resources for teaching grammar and other aspects of English. Feel free to come back and see what we added (we will be adding content regularly!). Or you can simply type “Language” in the search bar of the blog to get all the posts that are tagged.

Note: We will use the “Language” tag to refer to any grammar, reading, readiness, spelling, and writing resources. We might also use, for example “Reading” as a tag for a post, but the post will always also have “Language” as a tag, so you don’t have to worry about every synonym or derivative you can think of to get all the good stuff 😊
